Week 3 was similar to week 1. I had no sugar cravings, still eating the same, but incorporated salads into my diet. I usually had a smoothie for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and dinner (if I didn't cook anything) I'm still taking the Oxy Elite Pro pills, but they have been spaced out more which is a good thing. Because it means I stay full longer.
As far as snack food I picked up some Nature Valley bars. They're only 90 calories a bar and theres 2 bars in the pack. The first bar fills me up just enough so I can be good until dinner time. Another thing I picked up was Minute Maid drinks that only have 15 calories per serving (8 oz is a serving) so I've been doing pretty well at my calorie intake and will continue to do so. Last week I came it at 136.4 and this week is the same. I'm a little bummed about the lack of lost, but I have a few reasons as to why I didn't lose.
- First i'm glad I didn't gain. I didn't think I did, but I was just glad I didn't.
- I worked out less because my bathroom was being remodeled, therefore out of commission
- Im retaining water.
- Im gaining muscle
- Im losing inches and thats more important
Someone on instagram told me to start measuring myself and that will tell me better then a scale, that makes sense. So I will measure today and measure every week when I step on the scale. I also started this workout today
Its faced paced and kicked my ass pretty good. So I will do this one day, then continue the kettle bell the next, and switch back and forth for 4 days, take a day off, then start back up again. It's good to switch up your workout routine so you dont a) get bored, and b) get your body so used to the workout, it becomes immune. So we will see how this goes.
